Project Scope
Rise Urban was engaged to progress a development approval through the JDAP process for a $13M shopping centre development in the emerging suburb of Anketell. The centre includes a full line supermarket, food and beverage precinct, ‘main street’ precinct, and a number of specialty retail tenancies.

Project Challenges
Working with the project architects, Rise Urban navigated the project through the Design Review process and negotiated an outcome that not only satisfied the reviewers, but also met the commercial and operational needs of the supermarket operator. Rise Urban also led negotiations with Main Roads WA, the City of Kwinana and the WAPC to ensure safe, efficient and cost-effective access to the regional road network.
