Project Scope
Rise Urban was engaged by developers Golden Group in 2021 to bring a fresh approach to design and approvals for The Vista Private Estate. Since appointment, Rise Urban has progressed a number of subdivision and local development plan approvals, as well as a substantial redesign of the undeveloped portions of the site to ensure an efficient and high-quality subdivision for the client.

Project Challenges
As a ‘first home-buyer’ estate, the most significant challenge has been to maximise efficiency through subdivision design, and to minimise consequential implications for affordability through bushfire mitigation, earthworks and infrastructure provision, and to ensure adequate connections to the external road network. Leading a team of skilled consultants, Rise Urban has been able to successfully negotiate a number of complex subdivision and local development plan approvals for the client.
